We Hope to See You at the 2025 Nebraska State Fair – August 22 to September 1!
GROW Nebraska is excited to once again participate in the 2025 Nebraska State Fair with our Buy Nebraska Store. This year marks our 20th year partnering with the State Fair—a milestone we’re incredibly proud to celebrate!
Leading this important project are GROW Nebraska team members Cammie Kroll and Tonja Hahn, who are dedicated to making the Buy Nebraska Store a success. We’re thrilled to feature 64 Nebraska businesses this year, showcasing the incredible talent and quality products our state has to offer.
The Buy Nebraska Store is more than just a shopping destination. It’s an extension of our mission. It provides:
- A unique opportunity for shoppers to purchase locally-made products
- A platform for entrepreneurs to market-test new items
- Hands-on training in product demonstrations and retail operations
This year, seven GROW Nebraska members will gain valuable retail training by working in the store, and 21 members will be on-site offering product demos and samples.
You can find us in the Pinnacle Bank Expo Building, open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (closing at 7:00 p.m. on Labor Day).
For many members, participating in the Buy Nebraska Store is a great way to be part of the State Fair without committing to all 11 days. We do encourage members to attend at least one day to engage with customers and help market their products. In fact, several members who began in the Buy Nebraska Store later went on to secure their own booth the following year.
“One of our long-term goals is to have at least two full rows of GROW Nebraska members alongside our store in the Pinnacle Bank Expo Building, eventually filling the space entirely with Nebraska businesses,” said Cammie Kroll, GROW Nebraska’s Director of Services.
