Meet the Presenter | Christy Johnston

Hello! I'm Christy Johnston, founder of Magnetic Cultures LLC. I am passionate about people and thriving business!

At Magnetic Cultures, we partner with Business Leaders to create custom, magnetic cultures so they can attract and retain the rockstar talent they deserve, and ultimately grow.

We do this through a variety of methods: consulting, fractional senior Leader work, speaking, coaching, and mentoring.

I have nearly 20 years of experience in the Staffing arena, 15 of which served in a Leadership capacity ranging from front-line Manager to C-Suite.

My experience includes:
-9 years as an Executive Chief People Officer overseeing culture and numerous People Operations functions.
-16 years combined experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting.
-12 years trailblazing Employee Engagement and Experience efforts, 3 years of which supported hybrid, remote, and in-person formats.
-10 years of Leadership Development crafting and scaling a strong culture for all levels, including Best Places to Work designations in all office locations.
