Chelsea Pierre is an Air Force veteran, cybersecurity professional, and entrepreneur dedicated to building stronger and more inclusive technology communities. She is the founder of a computer repair and IT services shop that prioritizes speed, transparency, and in-house technical expertise, allowing customers to receive faster service without their devices being sent elsewhere for repair. Chelsea is currently completing an Executive MBA with a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity Management while also pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Systems. Her work focuses on cybersecurity risk, emerging technology threats, and helping individuals successfully transition into sustainable careers in technology. Through partnerships with local universities, Chelsea has created opportunities for aspiring technologists—especially those from underrepresented backgrounds—to gain real-world IT experience and enter the industry. As a speaker, she brings a practical perspective from both the technical and business sides of technology, sharing insights on cybersecurity, career mobility in tech, and building resilient digital ecosystems.
