Meet the Presenter | Aaron Purkeypile
This training is presented by AaronPurkeypile.
Aaron grew up in a blue collar family, with his dad as an HVAC technician and mom as a nurse.
Out of college, he joined a Big 4 firm and at the end of his busy season, he met with the managing partner and made an impassioned plea to clarify their mission and core values to fight staff leaving.
When nothing changed, he knew that public accounting wasn’t his lifelong calling.
Aaron then spent the next five years leading teams in operations and finance and followed those experiences back to his alma mater to spend the next five years teaching college accounting and finance and coaching the men’s basketball team.
Eventually, he left teaching and coaching to join the leadership team of a locally-owned health & fitness company, and they began implementing EOS. EOS revolutionized the business, and they fell in love with the business again.
