Meet the Presenter | Suzanne Combs Brown

I’m a wife of 24 years, mom to five, nana to six, and part of a beautifully blended and diverse family. After more than two decades as a senior corporate leader, I took a leap and went full time with, Kairos Culture Coaching & Consulting—a business built to support leaders from the living room to the boardroom, and everywhere in between.
Through my coaching practice, I work with executives, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven professionals to navigate change, lead with clarity, and build confidence that lasts. Along the way, I noticed a specific need: women leaders—brilliant, high-achieving, deeply committed—were showing up overwhelmed, unsure of their next step, and too often saying yes when they needed to say no. I’ve been there too.
That’s why I created the Kairos Leadership Collective (KLC)—a dedicated space for women to grow, reflect, and take bold, aligned action. KLC is where women reclaim their time, voice, and power through community, strategy, and support. Whether I’m coaching one-on-one, leading a workshop, or guiding a group of women through KLC, my mission is the same: to help leaders rise with purpose, peace, and unshakable self-awareness—one Kairos moment at a time.
