KEARNEY, Neb. — GROW Nebraska is proud to announce that it has nominated Rustic & Red of Cozad for the National Retail Federation’s America’s Retail Champions recognition, honoring outstanding independent retailers that make a positive impact on their communities and the retail industry.
Owned by Tammy Paulsen and Cathy Pflaster, Rustic & Red has been a valued member of GROW Nebraska since 2018. The boutique has become a destination for shoppers seeking unique gifts, home décor, apparel, and specialty items while providing exceptional customer service and supporting the vitality of downtown Cozad.
GROW Nebraska worked closely with Rich Otto, Executive Director of the Nebraska Retail Federation, throughout the nomination process. The two organizations share a common commitment to strengthening Nebraska’s retail industry by supporting independent retailers, encouraging entrepreneurship, and advocating for policies that help local businesses succeed.

Anderson Ehrke also expressed appreciation for the ongoing partnership between GROW Nebraska and the Nebraska Retail Federation.
